摘　　要：通过对6044名江苏社区人群横断面流行病学调查发现，亚临床甲状腺功能异常（亚临床甲状腺功能亢进症／亚临床甲状腺功能减退症）与血压的升高无明显相关性。Six thousand and forty-four subjects in Jiangsu community were enrolled to investigate the relationship between subclinical thyroid dysfunction and blood pressure. It was shown that subclinical thyroid dysfunction, including both the subclinical hyperthyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism, had no relationship with increased blood pressure.
