检测IgE反应素对食物过敏性疾病的诊断与研究

摘　　要：目的评价皮内注射法和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对食物过敏的临床检测,探索适合于基层及社区不同人群食物过敏性疾病的诊断方法。方法3～72岁患者246例,分别进行皮内注射和血清特异性IgE检测(ELISA法),比较两种检测结果的一致性。结果两种方法对鸡蛋、淡水鱼、小麦、虾、大豆、花生、海鱼等8种过敏原检测阳性符合率为55.4%～68.7%;阴性符合率为70.1%～87.7%。结论皮内注射法和血清特异性IgE检测均适于基层和社区医院对食物过敏性疾病的诊断,但都存在一定误差,还应结合患者病史,进行确诊。皮内试验诊断食物过敏反应与ELISA法相比虽有一定的误差,但方法简便,快速、成本低,一次可做几十种实验,更适合于基层及社区医院对大多数食物过敏患者的检测。条件好的医院将皮试法和ELISA法二者结合更有利于基层和社区医院对不同人群食物过敏性疾病的检测和诊断。Objective The study is to evaluate the clinical test of intradermal injection and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） on food allergy. It explores the diagnosis method suitable for food allergy disease of different people in primary and community hospital. Method 246 patients at the age of 3 to 72 were tested by beth intradermal injection and ELISA of specific IgE. Then the consistence of the two test results was compared. Result The positive and negative consistent rate of two methods testing allergy sources incuding egg, fresh water fish, wheat, corn, shrimp, bean, peanut and so on are 55.4% - 68.7% and 70. 1% ~ 87. 7%. Conclusion The methods are beth fit for the diagnosis of food allergy but there are beth some certain mistakes. The patients＇ disease history should be considered with the test result to make the diagnosis. The intradermal injection is simple, rapid with low-cost and can be done for dozens of experiments at one time. It＇ s more suitable for the test of most food allergy patients in primary and community hospitals. Some hospitals with better equipment can combine the two methods to do the test and diagnosis for different crowds.
