甲苯胺蓝快速染色方法的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨简单、快捷的甲苯胺蓝染色方法。方法实验组,试剂为0.1%甲苯胺蓝水溶液,标本为血涂片30份,骨髓涂片20份,共50例,操作为直接染色1min;对照组,相同50例标本的常规染色。观察指标:随机双盲观察阳性细胞(玫瑰红色)百分比。结果比较50份标本两种方法染色结果相同,经秩和检验无统计学差异。结论0.1%甲苯胺蓝水溶液直接染色嗜碱性粒细胞效果佳,结果可靠;与常规法比较方法更突显简单、快速、省时、省试剂、少污染的优点,适应临床即时性检查。Objective To douelop convenient method of toluidine blue staining. Method Experimental group was built up with 50 samples, including 30 blood smears and 20 bone marrow slides. All of samples were direct with 0. 1% touluidine blue aqueous solution for 1 minute. The control group was built up with the same 50 samples by conventional staining. Index to object： randomized double-blind observation of percentahe of rose pind cells. Results By comparison of 50 specimens, the results of both staining methods are the same, by the rank sun test was no significant difference. Conclusion The tesuhs is reliable and effects is excellent to use 0. 1% aqueous toluidine blue staining basophils directly. Compare withconventional methods,it is more simple, efficient, time-saving, saving reagents, reducing pollution and suitable for clinical real-time inspection.
