摘　　要：目的观察甘露聚糖肽联合液氮冷冻治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法120例跖疣患者随机分为治疗组(62例)及时照组(58例),治疗组予甘露聚糖肽口服,疣体采用液氮冷冻治疗。对照组仅行液氮冷冻治疗。结果治疗组平均有效率为66.9%,对照组为52.8%,复发率治疗组为2.5%,对照组为10.0%,两组有效率,复发率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论甘露聚糖肽联合冷冻治疗跖疣疗效确切,预防复发效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of mannatide combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on trenting multiple plantar wart. Methods 120 cases were divided into groups randomly, The 62 cases in treatment group were treated with mannatide with Cryotherapy. Other 58 cases in control group were treated with cryotherapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.9%, while the one of the control group was 52. 8%, the relapse rate of the treatment group was 2. 5% , while the one of the control group was 10. 0%. There was significant diffcrence between the total effective rate and relapse rate of the treatment group and the control. Conclusion The mannatide with cryotherapy is the safe and effective methods to treat multiple plantar wart. Prevent recrudesce achieve good result.
