摘  要:目的观察关节腔内注射臭氧对关节炎关节软骨的病理影响,以探讨直接关节腔内注射臭氧疗法的可行性。方法对诱发性动物关节炎关节腔内注射高中低三组不同浓度医用臭氧,观察关节软骨病理变化情况。结果根据Mankin’s评分标准对关节软骨进行评分,分数越高表明关节软骨损伤越重,实验中正常关节软骨为0.0±0.0,模型组评分明显高于正常组(P〈0.01),治疗组评分明显高于模型组(P〈0.01)并且高剂量治疗组评分明显高于中低剂量组(P〈0.01)。结论实验表明长期重复关节腔内注射臭氧对关节软骨有损伤作用,且损伤程度随臭氧浓度的增加而加重。Objective To investigate the pathologic effect of intra-articular injection of ozone on the articular cartilage, and to explore the feasibility of direct intra-articular injection of ozone in the treatment of arthritis. Methods Animals with induced-arthritis were given three different concentrations of medical ozone ( high and low concentrations)by intra-articular injection, to observe pathological changes of cartilage. Results The score result of cartilage degradation was based on Mankin' s grading scale, and the higher the score, the severer the symptom was. The score of normal articular cartilage was 0. 0 ± 0. 0, and the score of model group was significantly higher than that of the normal group( P 〈 0. 01 ) , while obviously lower than that of the treatment group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Moreover, the score of high-dose treatment group was significantly higher than that of low-dose group( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Long-term intra-articular injection of ozone had a bad effect on articular cartilage, and damage-level was increased with the enhancement of ozone concentrations.
