前列地尔注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的短期疗效。方法选取我院骨科住院和门诊治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者52例，平均年龄47岁。将患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组24例。给对照组患者颈椎牵引、颈部理疗和功能锻炼，将丹参20ml溶于低分子右旋糖酐500ml静脉点滴，1次／d，连用10d。给治疗组患者除对照组所用治疗措施外，另加前列地尔注射液10μg溶于5％葡萄糖液250ml缓慢静脉点滴，1次／d，连用10d。用椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表进行疗效评价。治疗组或对照组组内作治疗前后自身对比，治疗组与对照组作治疗后对比。结果治疗组或对照组治疗前后的功能状态和心理功能均有明显差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组与对照组治疗后比较，在功能状态和心理功能两方面均有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论前列地尔注射液对椎动脉型颈椎病有明显短期疗效。Objective To study the short term effects of Alprostadil Injection on cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy（CSA）. Methods 52 cases of patients with CSA, average age of 47 years old, were ran- domly divided into treatment group（ n = 28 ）with Alprostadil Injection and Control group（ n = 24）. The control group were treated with cervical traction, physical therapy, functional exercise, and 20 ml Danshen solusion plus 500 ml Dextran 40 iv drop once a day for 10 days. The treatment group were treated with 20 ttg Alprostadil Injection plus 250 ml 5% glucose iv drop, besides control group treatments, once a day for 10 days. The curative effects of Alprostadil Injection were evaluated by CSA functional scale, compared before and after treatment in the same group and between two groups after treatment. Results The reslts display significant difference before and after treatment beth in the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; while the effects of the treatment group are better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Alprostadil Injection shows significant short term effects on CSA.
