摘　　要：概要地阐述了数字信息资源建设的概念与内涵,较为详细地论述了数字信息资源的采选、开发、组织管理、共建共享等,并对数字信息资源建设提出了切实可行的五项评价准则。This article summarily elaborates the concept and connotation of the digital information resources construction, and in detail elaborates the acquisition, the development, the organization and management, the co-construction and sharing etc. of digital information resources, and proposes five practical and feasible evaluation criterion to the digital information resources construction.
