摘 要:采用水热法制备水滑石晶须,主要研究了熟练温度和NaOH溶液浓度对水滑石晶须的影响。实验发现熟练温度为60℃,NaOH溶液浓度2.5 mol/L时,可生长出晶体状态良好的水滑石晶须。文中还研究了超声波对水滑石晶须的影响。研究表明,晶须状水滑石兼具氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁阻燃剂的优点,又克服了它们各自的不足,是无机阻燃剂的新品种。Hydrotalcite whisker was prepared by the hydrothermal method. The effect of growing temperature and the concentration of NaOH solution on hydrotalcite whisker is studied. Experiments showed that when the growing temperature was 60℃ and the concentration of NaOH solution was 2.5 mol/L, hydrotaleite whisker could be obtained. The paper also studied the influence of ultrasonic waves on the hydrotalcite whiskers. Researches show that hydrotalcite whisker has the advantages of both aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide and overcomes their disadvantages and is therefore a new inorganic flame retardant.
