大倾角急倾斜煤层护帮在新铁煤矿三采区的应用

摘　　要：为了解决急倾斜、大倾角,伪顶伪底发育,局部断层带多,煤层松软掘进护帮问题,经多方试验,试采用一带三锚加钢丝网进行护帮。一带:采用2 m长150 cm宽的钢带,在钢带的顶、中、底分别预先穿孔。三锚:顶板采用2m长的锚索固定,锚索打设压力标准值为18 MPa,中间眼和底眼采用1.6 m的锚杆,钢丝网采用2 m宽的钢制丝网镶嵌在煤帮与钢带之间,钢带与钢带之间的距离为1 m×1 m。In order to resolve the steep, large inclined angle, the false roof at the end of pseudo-development, local fault, the soft coal seam driving to protect sides issues, the multi-trial, trial use of a steel belt and three anchoring steel mesh to protect sides, namely： a steel belt, using 2 m long, 150 cm wide steel belt, steel belt in the top, middle and end of each pre-perforated. Three anchors, fixed-roof 2 long cable fixed, cable set up to fight for the values of the standard pressure is 18 MPa, holes in the middle and the end use of 1.6 m bolt, wire, a 2 m wide steel mesh embedded in between steel belt and coal wall. The spacing between steel belts and steel belts is 1 m ×1m.
