摘　　要：目的探讨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析34例胫骨骨折应用交锁髓内钉治疗的结果,其中男24例,女10例。平均年龄36.1岁。全部闭合复位,扩髓或不扩髓,静力型固定。结果平均随访10个月以上,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间3.6个月。无继发性骨筋膜室综合征、主钉或锁钉断裂等情况,膝、踝关节活动完全恢复正常。结论带锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨骨折的一种理想内固定方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing on tibial fracture. Methods From October 1998 to October 2003, 34 cases of closed fracture of tibia treated with interlocking intramedullary nail were retrospectively analyzed. Resulte All patients were followed-up for more than 10 months and all fractures healed. The average healing times was 15 weeks. There were no postoperative osteofascial compartment syndrome, broken nails and screws in those patients. The motion functions of knee joint and ankle joint were complete recovery.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation can get satisfactory effects on tibial fracture.
