摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿全麻术后苏醒期在NICU（新生儿重症监护病房）的监护。方法对我院NICU38例新生儿全麻术后苏醒期患儿严密监护方法进行总结。结果通过专业严密的监护及精心护理,无因护理不当而发生意外或影响手术效果。结论新生儿重症监护病房护士严谨的工作态度,熟悉的专业技术水平是保证新生儿全麻术后顺利渡过苏醒期,使手术成功的重要因素。Objective To investigate the nursing care of neonates during recovery from general anesthesia in NICU. Methods The accurate nursing care methods for 38 neonates during recovery from general anesthesia in NICU of our hospital were summarized, Reaults With professional and accurate care, none of them had an accident or the effect of the operation was influenced. Conclusion To be rigorous in work and own professional skill of the nurses in NICU was very important, which could guarantee the neonates to live through recovery from general anesthesia and to ensure the operation successful.
