AO空心钉治疗老年股骨颈骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析AO空心钉治疗老年新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2002年2月～2008年2月行AO空心钉治疗的62例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,从手术时间、出血量、输血量、骨折愈合率、愈合时间、髋关节功能等方面对手术疗效进行评价。结果:患者平均手术时间为(40.0±16.9)min,平均出血量为(82.0±36.2)mL,无1例输血。术后无坐骨神经损伤和伤口感染。62例随访12～72个月,平均36个月,最终随访时髋关节的Harris评分平均(82.6±5.8)分,优良率达80.6%。结论:AO空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折手术时间短,出血少,损伤小,治疗效果好,是老年新鲜股骨颈骨折优先选择的治疗方法之一。Objective： To evaluate the effect of treatment of fresh femoral neck fractures with AO cannulated screw in elders. Methods： Clinical data of 62 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated with AO cannulated screw from February 2002 - February 2008 were studied retrospectively. The effect was evaluated according to operative time, blood loss, volume of blood transfusion, fracture healing rate, healing time and hip function. Results： Mean operative time was （40.0 ± 16.9） rain, mean volume of blood loss was （82.0 ±36. 2） mL, no patient had blood transfusion, the mean follow-up time was 36 months （ 12 - 72 months）, no sciatic nerve was injuried and no wound infection occurred, the average Harris score of the hip in final follow-up was （82. 6 ± 5.8 ） points, very good and good rate of the hip function was 80.6%. Conclusion ： Treatment of fresh femoral neck fractures with AO cannulated screw in elders has advantages of short surgical time, less bleeding, minor injury, and good effect; it may be the preferred choice of treatment.
