优拓治疗巨大褥疮的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨优拓在治疗巨大褥疮中的临床应用价值和护理经验。方法:268例巨大Ⅲ期重度褥疮合并感染的患者分为对照组和实验组两组,每组134例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用新型系列水胶体敷料优拓进行治疗,对两组进行相应的护理,并对两组的疗效进行比较。结果:在采取相应治疗、抗感染、褥疮护理等措施后,患者一般情况好转,褥疮伤口愈合,全身皮肤完好,生活自理。实验组痊愈96例(71.64%),有效33例(24.63%),无效5例,总有效率为96.27%;对照组痊愈76例(56.72%),有效32例(23.88%),无效26例(19.40%),总有效率为80.60%,实验组总有效率及痊愈率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优拓治疗患者褥疮,具有促进伤口愈合、使用方便、安全、减少患者痛苦、无毒性等特点,提高了患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinic value of Youtuo and nursing experience in treating giant bedsore. Methods： Separated 286 cases with severe giant bedsore at stage m into control group and experiment group, with 134 cases per group. Employed regular treatment and corresponding nursing to two groups, and applied a new hydrocolloid dressing Youtuo to experiment group. Compared the effect of two groups. Results： After corresponding therapy, anti-infection therapies, nursing for bedsore, all conditions of patients were improved, with wounds healing, fine skin and well self-care ability. 96 cases were in cure （71.64%） , 33 cases were effective （24.63%） and 5 cases were ineffective, with efficacy as 96.27% in exper/ment group; while 76 cases were in cure （56.72%）, 32 cases were effective （23.88%） and 26 cases were ineffective （ 19.40% ） in control group. Total efficacy and cure rate of experiment group was significantly higher than these of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： With convenience and security, Youtuo can promote wounds healing, alleviate patients＇ suffering, and boost patients＇life quality. It is valuable in clinic application.
