摘　　要：天津市在实施与发展区域卫生规划方面走在了我国卫生改革的前列,初步建立起较为完善的卫生服务体系。通过对天津市区域卫生规划的制定、实施过程以及卫生服务体系的分析,以期能对我国的区域卫生规划工作有所借鉴。With respect to the implementation and development of regional health planning,Tianjin is in the forefront of China＇s health reform,and has initially established comparatively perfect health service system.This article analyses the formation of regional health program, the implementation process and health service system,with a view to reference by China＇s regional health planning.
