摘  要:用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测试了CCSD36钢(%:0.14C、1.31Mn、0.02Nb、0.02Ti)250 mm×2100mm铸坯600~1350℃的强度(R_m)和断面收缩率(Z),并分析了600~1150℃拉伸试样断口的显微组织。得出该钢在1300~900℃Z值≥80%,具有高的延塑性;850~720℃Z值降至52%~55%(Ⅲ脆性区),因此CCSD36钢铸坯的矫直温度应≥900℃。The tensile strength (Rm) and reduction of area (Z) of 250 mm × 2 100 mm east slab of steel CCSD36 (% :0.14C, 1.31Mn, 0. 02Nb, 0.02Ti) at 600 - 1 350 ℃ has been measured by using Cleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine and the structure of fracture of tensile specimen tested at 600 - 1 150 ℃ was analyzed. It was obtained that the steel had high plasticity at 1 300 - 900 ℃, of which the Z value at this temperature range was ≥80% , and the Z value of steel decreased to 52% - 55% at 850 -720 ℃ ( Ⅲ brittle zone) , therefore the strengthening temperature of cast slab of steel CCSD36 should be ≥900 ℃.
