提高痰细胞学涂片制片质量的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨提高痰细胞学涂片质量的经验体会。方法：①从留痰要求、观察痰液性状、挑选痰液部位制片、染色、封片等几方面，探讨提高痰细胞学涂片制片质量的体会；②回顾分析562例痰细胞学检查结果。结果：提高送检痰液质量、认真观察痰液性状、挑选痰液有效部位制片、提高染色与封片质量，可显著提高痰细胞学涂片质量。结论：严谨对待痰细胞学检查的每个环节，可提高其制片质量及诊断准确性。ObjectiveTo investigate the experiences about the improving of the smear qualities of sputum cytology. Methods①Explore the experiences about the improving of the smear qualities from the requirements and characters of sputum,choosing of effective position and stain, mount and summarizing experiences in jobs; ②To review the results and veracities of 562 sputum cytology cases. Resultslmproving the sputum qualities,observing the sputum characters seriously,smearing with the effective positions,improving stain and mount qualities and summarizing experiences in jobs can significantly increase the smear qualities of sputum cytology. Conclusion Precise work connections for sputum cytology could get higher sputum smear qualities and cytology accuracies.
