全方位M型超声心动图在冠心病节段性室壁运动异常检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的：评价全方位M型超声心动图在冠心病室壁节段性运动异常检测中的临床应用价值。方法：用全方位M型超声心动图和传统M型超声心动图检测分析78例冠心病与40例正常人的室壁运动。结果：冠心病组FAM检出室壁运动异常节段数占总检测节段数的43．2％，传统M型超声占24．7％，传统M超声与FAM两组检测结果显示FAM的前壁、侧壁比较差异显著P〈0．05。结论：全方位M型超声心动图是有效评价冠心病室壁节段运动异常的可靠方法，值得推广。Objective： To evaluate the omni-directional M-mode echocardiography in coronary heart disease and segmental wall motion abnormalities detected in the clinical application value. Methods： omni - directional M- mode echocardiography and traditional M- mode echocardiography detected 78 cases of coronary heart disease and 40 cases of normal wall motion, were analyzed. Results： The CHD group FAM and traditional M- mode ultrasonography detected segmental wall motion abnormalities, respectively accounting for 43.2 %, 24.796, traditional ultrasound and FAM groups M test results showed that the anterior wall of the FAM, a significant difference between lateral wall P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： The omni - directional M- modeechocardiography evaluation of coronary heart disease are effective segmental wall motion abnormalities reliable method, it is worth promoting in the clinical use.
