摘 要:分别采用流水法和静水法测定了西施舌的耗氧率和排氨率。结果表明,西施舌夜间耗氧率高于白天,在流水状态下2个耗氧率高峰期出现在21∶00和6∶00,在静水状态下2个耗氧率高峰期出现在18∶00~21∶00和3∶00~6∶00,两种状态下的昼夜耗氧率平均值分别为(0.84±0.32)mg(O2).g-1.h-1和(0.92±0.40)mg(O2).g-1.h-1;西施舌流水和静水状态下的昼夜排氨率无明显的差异,其排氨率平均值分别为(0.19±0.03)μmol.g-1.h-1和(0.22±0.01)μmol.g-1.h-1。The diurnal changes of oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of Coelomactra antiquate were measured by flowing water and static water methods. The results showed that the oxygen consumption rates at daytime were higher than those at night. In the flowing water, 2 peaks of oxygen consumption rates which occurred at 21:00 and 6:00 were observed, while the peaks in the static water occurred at 8:00-21:00 and 3:00-6:00. The average oxygen consumption rates of mussels in flowing and static water were (0.84±0.32)mg(O2)·g^-1·h ^-1 and (0.92±0.40)mg(O2)·g^-1·h^-1, respectively, and the average ammonia excretion rates of mussels were (0.19±0.03)μmol·g^-1·h^-1 and (0.22±0.01)μmol·g^-1·h^-1 respectively which showed no obvious difference in the flowing and static water.
