基于循环经济下的集约型畜禽养殖业可持续发展路径设计——以武汉市为例

摘　　要：城郊集约养殖业的发展对优化农业产业结构、提高土地利用效率、改善农产品供给和促进农民增收有着不可替代的作用,但养殖业废弃物对环境的影响使之与城市的快速发展不相容。本文以武汉市城郊集约畜禽养殖业为例,从分析其取得的成果和发展中遇到的障碍着手,提出建立循环经济模式的集约型生态养殖小区和一系列政策保障措施,以推动集约型畜禽养殖业的可持续发展。Tbe development of the suburban intensive breeding industry had played an irreplaceable role in optimizing the agricultural structure, improving the land use efficiency, improving the supply of agricultural products and promoting the peasant incomes, but the negative impaets on the environment by the breeding industry waste was incompatible with the city＇s rapid development. This paper took the intensive livestock and poultry industry of Wuhan suburban as an example to analysis the achievements and obstacles that had been encountering in the development proceed, then it proposed to set up an intensive ecological farming community based on circular economy model and a series of policies and safeguard measures, to promote the sustainable development of the intensive livestock and poultry industry.
