摘　　要：印染助剂在染整加工过程中具有非常重要的作用,伴随纺织服装产品生态和环保要求的不断提高,国内外相关法规及标准对印染助剂提出了更高的要求.结合目前常用印染助剂的使用情况(常规通用助剂多,高档助剂少,环保型助剂开发力度不足,毒性和污染问题较为突出),讨论了印染助剂中匀染剂、固色剂、增稠剂、交联剂、粘合剂的使用现状及其新型替代物,以及这些助剂存在的生态问题(甲醛、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚与线性烷基苯磺酸钠、重金属、挥发性有机化合物、含氯有机载体)和相关法规。Printing and dyeing auxiliaries play an crucial role in dyeing and finishing process. As growing ecological and environmental requirements are put on the textile clothing, related laws and regulations thus are setting higher standards for printing and dyeing auxiliaries accordingly in China and abroad. Based on the current application situation of printing and dyeing auxiliaries, ie. many auxiliaries are conventional and few are topgrade, the development of environmental friendly auxiliaries are not enough, and the toxicity and pollution problems are prominent, five printing and dyeing auxiliaries, leveling agents, fixing agents, thickening agents, crosslinking agents, adhesive agents and their alternatives were discussed. Ecological problems including formaldehyde, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, linear sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, heavy metal, volatile organic compound and chlorine organic carrier, and related laws and regulations were analyzed as well.
