摘  要:以乙二醛、脲、甲醛为原料,采用一步法合成了DMDHEU树脂,并用二甘醇醚化DMDHEU树脂,对合成工艺和醚化工艺进行了优化,结果表明:低甲醛树脂合成的较佳工艺配方为:n(乙二醛):n(脲):n(甲醛):n(二甘醇)=1.0:1.0:1.7:1.0.其中,DMDHEU树脂合成较佳工艺为:pH值5.7~5.9,65~70℃反应3.0h,合成DMDHEU树脂的游离甲醛含量低于0.5%.DMDHEU树脂醚化较佳工艺为:pH值3.0~3.3,70℃醚化2.0~3.0h,合成的低甲醛树脂游离甲醛含量小于0.2%,固体质量分数在53.0%左右.整理后的平布折皱回复角达到250°,强力保留率都在75%以上,经、纬向缩水率分别为1.2%、1.0%,释放甲醛量50mg/kg,衬布质量达到一等品的要求。DMDHEU resin was synthesized by one step method using glyoxal, urea and formaldehyde as raw materials, which was further etherized by diglycol. The synthesis and etherealization techniques were optimized. The results showed that the optimal formulation of synthesis of low formaldehyde resin was: glyoxal:urea: formaldehyde:diglycol (mol ratio)=1.0:1.0:1.7:1.0. The free formaldehyde content of DMDHEU resin was lower than 0.5% when DMDHEU was synthesized under the optimal synthesis technique i.e. pH value 5.7-5.9, reacted at 65-70 ℃ for 3.0 h. The optimal etherealization process was: pH value 3.0-3.3, etherized at 70- for 2.0-3.0 h, and the free formaldehyde content of synthesized resin declined to 0.2%, solid content was about 53.0%. The wrinkle recovery angle of finished cloth reached at 250°,the strength retention value was over 75%, the warp and weft washing shrinkage was 1.2% and 1.0%, respectively, and the content of releasing formaldehyde was 50 mg/kg. The quality of cloth met the demands of best quality.
