摘  要:以双[3-(三乙氧硅丙基)]胺作为前驱物制备溶胶,并将制备的溶胶应用到活性染料染色的棉针织物的固色,探讨了溶胶制备工艺对固色效果的影响.结果表明:当n{双[3-(三乙氧硅丙基)]胺}:n(乙醇):n(水)为1:20:15,pH值为5,30℃反应90min时,所制备的溶胶能达到较理想的固色效果,其中白布沾色提高2级,湿摩擦牢度提高1.5级.经溶胶-凝胶法固色整理后棉针织物的手感有较明显下降,但其他物理机械性能的变化不大。Sols were prepared using double [3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl] amine as predecessor. The prepared sols were used for fixation of reactive dyed knitted cotton fabric, and the effects of preparation of Si-sol on fixation were discussed. The results showed that, when molar ratio of silicon,alcohol and water was 1:20:15,with pH value of 5 and the temperature of 30℃ for 90 min, the prepared sol had a satisfactory fixation effect. Color staining on the adjacent white cloth was enhanced by 2 levels, wet crocking fastness was enhanced by 1.5 levels. The handle of fixed knitted cotton fabric distinctly decreased, however, other physical and mechanical properties changed little.
