摘  要:用动态力学方法(DMA)研究了4种酸酐固化环氧树脂基体及一种拉挤环氧/玻璃纤维复合材料,力学损耗曲线上的损耗峰对应温度为材料的玻璃化温度Tg,弹性模量曲线上的切线玻璃化温度为材料的短时使用耐热温度Tu,弹性模量开始明显下降处为材料的长期使用耐热温度Tr。结果表明,DMA测量环氧树脂基体及其复合材料的玻璃化温度Tg具有很高的灵敏度,ΔTg<1℃;通过Tg可以比较不同环氧树脂基体及改性树脂配方的耐热性,确定最佳树脂配比,评价复合材料的耐热性;根据复合材料试样两次动态力学试验扫描得到的ΔTg可以评价复合材料的制造工艺;根据Tu、Tr可以进一步评价环氧树脂基体及其复合材料的耐热性,为具体用途初选合适的耐热配方。Four sorts of anhydride - cured epoxy resin matrix and one sort of pultrusion EP/GF composite were studied by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). Glass transition temperature(Tg) was accurately detected at loss peak, tangent glass transition temperatures being set - out from the storage meduli cruve is regarded as Tu, the point where storage modulus begins to decrease is regarded as Tr. The results show that Ts measured by DMA is accurate(△Tg 〈 1 ℃ ) and can be used to compare the high - temperature performance of different epoxy resin matrix, to conform the optimal ratio of resin and to evaluate the high - temperature performance of epoxy resin matrix and its' composite. Diffence of Ts between two DMA scans is used to evaluate the process of composite manutacture. High - temperature performance of epoxy resin matrix and its' composite is particularly evaluated according to Tu and Tr, which is significative to choose appropriate matrix for given application.
