昆明市老年居民糖尿病流行现状及相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆明地区老年居民糖尿病(DM)患病情况及其相关危险因素,为制定昆明市老年居民糖尿病综合防治对策和措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取20岁及以上常住居民5195人,其中60岁以上常住居民1379人,进行糖尿病(DM)流行病学调查,包括问卷调查、体格检查和临床检验,调查居民糖尿病患病情况及其危险因素情况。结果昆明地区60岁以上老年人群糖尿病患病率为9.93%,其中,男性患病率为9.09%,女性患病率为10.53%,男女性患病率差异无统计学意义;患高血脂、糖尿病家族史、超重肥胖、喜食甜食是糖尿病的危险因素,合理早餐、奶类的摄入、适当劳动是预防糖尿病发生的保护因素。结论糖尿病发病由多因素引起,危险因素应尽量避免,多接触保护因素,以减少和预防糖尿病的发生。Objective To study the epidemiological situation of diabetes and its risk factors among senior citizens in Kunming. Methods A cross - sectional study was conducted among 5,19.5 randomly selected residents aged over 20 years in Kunming. Among them, 1,379 permanent residents aged over 60 years were chosen to conduct epidemiological investigation of diabetes mellitus （DM）, including questionnaire investigation, physical examination, clinical laboratory examination, and investigation of the incidence of DM and its risk factors. Results The prevalence rate of diabetes was 9.93 96 in permanent residents aged over 50 years in Kunming, with the incidence rate of 9.09 % in males and 10.53 % in females. No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence rate between males and females. Hyperlipidemia, family history of DM, obesity, and sweet food habit were the major risk factors of diabetes. Nutritional and well-balanced breakfast, intake of milk, and suitable laboring were the protective factors in prevention of diabetes. Conclusions Many factors play the roles in the pathogenesis of DM, avoiding the risk factors and paying attention to the protective factors can reduce and prevent the occurrence of diabetes meliitus.
