摘  要:目的了解血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)在高血压伴代谢综合征(MS)发病机制中的作用。方法选取高血压伴MS、单纯高血压、健康人群各50例。检测所有对象的FFA、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)和外周胰岛素敏感度(SI)等指标。结果①MS高血压病组的血清FFA高于单纯高血压组及健康对照组(P<0.05)。②血清FFA与SI呈负相关(r=-0.785,P<0.05),与BMI、WHR、收缩压(SBP)呈正相关(r=0.801、0.856、0.872,P<0.05)。结论高血压伴MS患者的高血清FFA与胰岛素抵抗并存,并有可能是引起高血压伴MS患者其他病理生理改变的主要机制。Objective To explore the role of free fatty acid (FFA) in the mechanism of hypertension accompanied with metabolic syndrome. Methods One hundred and fifty individuals were assigned into hypertension accompanied with MS group (n = 50), hypertension group (n = 50), and healthy control group (n = 50). Everyone in the study was tested the following parameters: serum FFA, BMI, WHR and SI. Results Serum FFA concentration was higher in hypertension with MS patients than those of the other two groups ( P〈 0.05). Serum FFA was negatively correlated with SI (r= - 0. 785, P〈 0.05), and positively correlated with serum BMI, WHR, and SBP (r=0.801, r=0.856, r=0.872; all P〈0.05). Conclusions There exits both high concentration FFA and insulin resistance in the patients who suffer from hypertension with MS. Both of the two conditions may be the main mechanism of the disease.
