摘 要:目的观察无花果叶乙醇提取物体内抗单纯疱疹病毒-1型的作用和对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以病毒感染小鼠为模型,以无环鸟苷为阳性对照,观察小鼠的生存率、平均生存时间、胸腺指数、脾指数,并无菌进行T淋巴细胞的增殖实验,研究无花果叶乙醇提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果无花果叶乙醇提取物可刺激小鼠免疫细胞的增多,增强免疫细胞清除病毒的功能。结论无花果叶乙醇提取物具有一定的抗HSV-1和增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。Objective To study the antiviral effect of the fig leave alcohol extract on herpes simplex type- 1 virus and its effects on immunity of body. Methods The experiment was conducted with infected mice in vivo. The immunological function of mouse was observed as indicators of the survival rate, the mean survival time, antiviral effect of the fig leaf alcohol extract and ACV was used as positive drug control. Results The experiment results showed that the fig leaf alcohol extract could stimulate the immunological cells of the mice and reinforce the immunological function. Conclusions The enhancement of the immunological function of mice and the antivirus effect on herpes simplex type- 1 virus are positively concluded.
