超敏CRP检测与老年下肢深静脉血栓形成的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)在老年下肢深静脉血栓(Low Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis,LDVT)病人治疗前后的变化与静脉血栓形成及消融的关系。方法分别用乳胶增强免疫比浊法和免疫散射比浊法对100例年龄为55～83岁的未经溶栓治疗的老年下肢深静脉血栓患者和30例年龄为58～78岁老年健康对照,进行血清hs-CRP、CRP含量检测,以上老年下肢深静脉血栓组患者采用尿激酶溶栓治疗后再次检测血清hs-CRP。结果老年下肢深静脉血栓组hs-CRP含量为(5.97±0.75)mg/L,显著高于在老年健康对照组中的含量(2.45±0.50)mg/L(P<0.05);老年下肢深静脉血栓治疗有效组hs-CRP含量为(2.52±0.42)mg/L,显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗无效组hs-CRP含量为(5.31±0.52)mg/L,与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。老年下肢深静脉血栓组CRP为(4.95±1.13)mg/L与老年健康对照组(4.48±1.06)mg/L比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清超敏CRP是老年下肢深静脉血栓形成诊断和治疗疗效评价的良好指标。Objective To study the relationship between the change of level of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein（hs -CRP）in elderly patients with low limb deep venous thrombosis （LDVT） before and after treatment and formation and ablation of venous thrombus. Methods With latex - enhanced immunoturbidimetry and immune scatter turbidity method, the levels of hs- CRP and CRP in 100 elderly patients with LDVT aged between .55 to 83 years who were before injecting utokinase and 30 healthy controls aged between 58 to 78 years were detected. Furthermore, the hs- CRP level in the 100 elderly patients was re - determined after injecting utokinase. Results Before treatment, the level of hs - CRP in elderly patients with LDVT was （5.97 ± 0.75） mg/L, which was significantly higher than that of healthy controls [ （2.45 ± 0.50） mg/L], （ P〈 0.05）. After injecting utokinase, the level of hs- CRP in 84 elderly patients with LDVT was （2.52 ± 0.42） mg/L, which was significantly lower than that of before treatment （P〈0.05） ; the level of hs CRP in 16 elderly patients with LDVT was （5.31 ± 0.52） mg/L, no statistically significant difference was found between before and after treatment in them （P 〉0.0.5）. There was no statistically significant difference between the CRP level of elderly patients with LDVT [ （4.95 ± 1.13） mg/L] and that of healthy controls [ （4.48± 1.06） mg/L] （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The level of plasma hs- CRP seems to be a significant factor iri diagnosis of low limb deep venous thrombosis and evaluation of curative effect in the elderly.
