摘 要:目的比较结核杆菌三种检验方法的检测率。方法本文应用涂片抗酸杆菌镜BBLMGIT手工分枝杆菌快速培养以及实时荧光定量PCR分别对370例可疑肺结核患者晨痰进行检测。结果370例可疑肺结核患者的痰标本用涂片镜检发现抗酸杆菌阳性55例,检出率14.8%;分枝杆菌快速培养MGIT检测阳性71例,阳性率19.2%;实时荧光PCR检测阳性78例,检出率21%。结论比较三种方法的阳性检出率:涂片镜检与快速培养差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),涂片镜检与实时荧光PCR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),快速培养与实时荧光PCR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective To compare the detection rates of three methods in tubercle bacillus examination. Methods Totally 370 sputum samples from suspect pulmonary tuberculosis patients were respectively examined through smear for microscopic examination, BBL MGIT rapid culture and real - time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction. Results Fifty - five patients were proved positive through smear for microscopic examination, with the detection rate of 14.8 96 ; 71 patients were proved positive through BBL MGIT rapid culture, with the positive rate of 19.2% ; 78 patients were proved positive through real - time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction, with the detection rate of 21%. Conclusions There are statistically significant differences in the positive detection rate between microscopic examination and BBL MGIT rapid culture (P〈 0.0.5), as well as real- time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (P〈 0.05). No statistically significant difference is found in the positive detection rate between BBL MGIT rapid culture and real- time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (P 〉0.0.5).
