摘 要:目的了解住院患者下呼吸道感染革兰阴性杆菌的耐药状况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法对本院2007年1月-2008年12月送检的下呼吸道标本,用常规方法分离鉴定病原菌,用K-B法做药物敏感试验。结果482株革兰阴性杆菌中,克雷伯菌属148株(30.71%),大肠埃希菌130株(26.97%),鲍曼不动杆菌75株(15.56%),铜绿假单胞菌50株(10.37%),其他革兰阴性杆菌79株(16.39%)。结论我院引起下呼吸道感染的革兰阴性杆菌以克雷伯菌属和大肠埃希菌为主,其ESBLs的检出率分别为61.48%和60.00%。Objective To understand the antimicrobial resistance of gram - negative bacteria in patients with lower respiratory tract infections, and to provide the evidence for rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods The bacteria isolated from January, 2007 to December, 2008 in our hospital were indentified by conventional methods. A K - B test was used to analyze the antimicrobial susceptibility. Results Among 482 strains of gram - negative bacteria, there were 148 strains of Klebsiella, 130 Escherichia coli, 7.5 Acinetobacter baumannii, and 50 Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with the isolating rates of 30.71%, 26.97 %, 1.5.56 %, and 10.37 %, respectively. Conclusions Klebsiella and Escherichia coli are the most important bacteria in patient with lower respiratory tract infections in our hospital, with the ESBLs isolating rates of 61.48 % and 60.00 %, respectively.
