摘　　要：建立一种企业职业卫生主任的培训模式,提高职业卫生管理工作有效性和延续性。通过职业卫生专家培训企业管理者,并进行考核,然后由培训合格的企业管理者对企业的劳动者进行职业危害告知和培训教育。提高劳动者的职业卫生知识知晓率,促使企业和劳动者主动采取预防控制措施,从而降低职业病的发生,保障广大劳动者的身体健康。A training mode of the occupational health director was set up for improving the effectiveness and continuity of occupational health training. The occupational health managers were trained and assessed by occupational health experts, then the enterprises＇ workers were educated and trained by the qualified occupational health managers with occupational hazard prevention. Improving the workers＇ awareness rate of occupational health-knowledge and promoting enterprises and workers to initiatively take the prevention and control measures can reduce the incidence of occupational diseases and protect the health of the broad masses of laborers.
