摘　　要：带真空泵的稀土永磁发电机主要为车辆的用电设备提供直流电源和给蓄电池充电以及为刹车制动系统提供真空助力能量,该发电机转子由多块稀土永磁材料通过极靴和非导磁螺钉固定在转子铁芯上,相邻的稀土永磁材料极性相反。研发出了三相半波可控整流稳压器,该稳压器集稳压、整流于一体,输出电压稳定的直流电,解决了车辆用永磁发电机在宽转速、宽负载范围内输出电压不稳定的问题。The rare-earth permanent-magnet generator with vacuum pump is mainly used to provide direct current for the vehicle electro-equipment,charge the storage battery and provide vacuum energy for the brake system. Many blocks of Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet material are fixed on the generator＇s rotor with polishes and nonmagnetic bolts,the adjoining permanent-magnet material＇s polarity is opposite. Three-phase half-wave controlled commutation voltage regulator is invented,which can both regulate the voltage and the current,output direct current with stable voltage. The problem of instable voltage which generated by the vehicle＇s permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load is solved.
