摘  要:2008年8月28日下午宁夏大部分地区出现了雷阵雨天气,银川河东机场在航班进出港高峰时期遭遇雷雨袭击,造成飞机延误.本文利用常规气象资料和卫星、雷达等探测资料对其进行了深入分析.结果表明,此次雷暴天气发生在新疆东移至河西冷锋前的热低压中,是由锋前扩散冷空气激发的对流云团所致;高空冷槽稍前于地面锋线,"高冷低暖"的配置增强了大气层结不稳定度,而冷锋的动力抬升和冷空气的触发作用,导致不稳定能量得以释放,产生强雷暴天气;当出现有利于雷阵雨天气发生的环流形势时,有效利用卫星云图与雷达探测产品,可以准确判断和把握影响系统的移向移速、强对流天气发生发展动态等,有助于提高飞行气象预报服务保障水平.In the afternoon of August 28th, 2008, most thunderstorm weather, Yinchuan Hedong airport was hit of flights in and out, and caused delays in airplanes. In area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region met by sudden thunderstorm during the peak period this paper, the conventional meteorological data and satellite, radar and other detection data are used to give an in-depth analysis on it. The result shows that the thunderstorm occurred in the east moved heat low which moved from Xinjiang to the front of Hexi cold front, and it was caused by convectional clouds stimulated by cold air diffused before the front. Upper cool trough was slightly before the ground front, and "cold upper warm bottom" enhanced the instability of atmosphere, while the dynamical uplift by cold front and the trigger role of cold air, leading to the release of instability energy, resulting in severe thunderstorm weather. When the weather circulation is conducive to the occurrence of thunderstorm, by the effective use of satellite image and radar products, we can accurately judge and grasp the moving direction, moving speed of the impact system, and the occurrence, developments and so on of severe convective weather, which is helpful to improve the protection level of weather forecasting service on flight.
