区域土地利用与经济社会变化的耦合性空间分异——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：构建了土地利用综合变化程度指数模型,根据该指数将江苏省划分为剧变型、缓变型和相对稳定型3大类型区,整体表现出从长江以南—长江北岸和中部沿海—江苏省西部和北部变化逐渐平缓的空间分异特征.从发展水平、发展活力和发展潜力3个方面,构建了经济社会综合发展水平变化指标体系,采用多因素加权综合评价法,研究了其空间分异性,根据经济社会变化综合程度指数,将全省划分为快速发展类型区、中速发展类型区和低速发展类型区,表现出从南到北发展速度逐渐降低的空间分异特征.整体看,土地利用变化和经济社会综合发展水平变化表现出很强的一致性.The comprehensive change index model of the land use is established for evaluating the change velocity of land use. According to the relative value of the index, Jiangsu province can be divided into three types, i. e. acute changed type, steady changed type and comparatively stable changed type. On the whole, the change degree decreased gradually from the south of the Yangtze River, north bank of the Yangtze River and seaboard of middle part of Jiangsu province to the west and north parts of Jiangsu province. On the other hand, the evaluation indicator system of comprehensive socioeconomic development level is established from the changes of those indicators reflecting development level, development vigor and development potential. Then the socioeconomic development change degree is analyzed applying the weighted multi-factors synthetic appraisement method which decreased gradually from south to north. On the whole, the land use change degree is consistent with that of comprehensive socioeconomic development level except for only a few counties or cities which reflects that the increase of comprehensive development level of Jiangsu province is based on the high speed consumption of land resources.
