摘　　要：郎德乡村旅游的可持续发展,是基于村集体组织、全民参与、"工分制"分配的经济组织模式,与当地苗族社区建立在血缘基础之上的社会组织结构的耦合。郎德案例揭示出:经济组织模式与社会组织结构的耦合,保证了文化传承和产业的有效运行,是可持续发展的制度保障。Sustainable development of rural tourism in Langde is based on the organizational pattern of economy of collective village organization, participation of all people and ＂workpoint＂ distribution, which couples with organizational pattern of society based on ties of blood in local Miao communities. The case reveals that the coupling of organizational patterns of economy .and society ensures cultural succession and effective industrial operation and constitutes the institutional safeguard of sustainable development.
