摘　　要：目的探讨心电图(ECG)各指标对诊断高血压病左室肥厚(LVH)的价值。方法根据超声心动图(UCG)报告,确定观察组(A组)高血压病伴LVH55例及对照组(B组)高血压病不伴LVH50例;测定ECG各指标数据并计算其敏感性。结果ECG不同指标对诊断高血压病LVH的价值存在较大差异,其中QRS波群电压指标敏感性最高,肢体导联室壁激动时间(VAT)次之,余指标敏感性较低。结论ECG不同指标在诊断高血压病LVH时的价值不同。Objective To investigate the value of the different indexes of electrocardiogram （ECG） in diagnosing high blood pressure with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 55 cases of high blood pressure with left ventricular hypertrophy and 50 cases of high blood pressure without left ventricular hypertrophy by the investigation of ultrasonic cardiogram（UCG） were studied. The figure and sensitivity of the different indexes of ECG were determined. Results There was obvious difference among each ECG index in the diagnosing value of high blood pressure with left ventricular hypertrophy, QRS wave amplitude had the most sensitive value compared with others. Conclusion It was different for each ECG index in the value of diagnosing high blood pressure with left ventricular hypertrophy. In order to improve the diagnosing accuracy, it is important to understand the different diagnosing value of each ECG index.
