摘　　要：介绍数字电视区域控制的概念和技术原理,并对不同的区域控制方法进行讨论,特别针对常德市与各县的数字电视系统,比较详细地讨论其实现方法。常德市及其各县的广电网络公司按照统一平台、分区管理的模式,实行区域控制,提高了数字电视用户的管理和运营水平。This article introduced the concept and the technical principle of digital TV regional control and carried on the discussion on the different regional control method. Aimed at the digital television system in Changde and the other counties, the article discussed its realization method in detail. On the basis of the unified platform, Changde and the other counties Broadcast Television network company use the partition management and the regional control, which enhance the digital television user management and the operation level.
