摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定醋酸氟轻松乳膏的含量方法。方法：Sepax Sapphire C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，甲醇－乙腈－水（60：10：30）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，检测波长240nm，进样量20μl。结果：醋酸氟轻松线性范围为5．05—50．5μg／ml（r=0．9999），平均回收率为101．4％（n=9）。结论：本方法准确、简便、快速，可满足醋酸氟轻松乳膏的含量测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the fluocinonide ointment. Method： A chromatographic column of Sepax Sapphire C1s （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） was applied as a stationary phase and methanol- acetonitrile-water（60： 10： 30） as mobile phase, the flow rate of which was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 240 nm and the injected volumn was 20 μl. Results ： The linear range of the assay was within 5.05 - 50.5 μg/ml（ r = 0.999 9 ） and the average recovery was 101.4% （n =9）.Conclusion： The method established here is simple, rapid, specific and accurate.
