结核性胸膜炎的中药辅助治疗观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药在辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的作用。方法:将66例初治结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组33例。两组均给予2SHRZ/4HR方案,治疗组同时予中药治疗。观察胸水吸收、胸膜肥厚和胸膜粘连等临床症状的改善情况,并与对照组相比较。结果:治疗2个月后治疗组胸水消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),胸膜肥厚和胸膜粘连发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗结核性胸膜炎可提高临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the effects of adjuvant therapy of Chinese traditional medicines on tuberculous pleurisy. Methods： 66 subjects with tuberculous pleurisy were assigned randomly into an investigational group and a control group. Both groups were treated with 2SHRZ/4HR while in the investigational group, Chinese traditional medicines were simultaneously given as an adjuvant. Pleural fluid absorption, pleural thickening and pleural adhesion were observed during the treatment course. Results： After two - month treatment, pleural fluid disappeared earlier in the investigational group than in the control group. Significant difference existed in the disappearing time （ P 〈 0.05） , the incidence of pleural thickening and pleural adhesion was significantly lower in the investigational group. Conclusion： Chinese traditional medicines combined with western medicine improve curative effects on tuberculous pleurisy.
