摘　　要：结合安钢目前炼钢用合金采购、进厂质检和合金优化的现状,分析了合金采购、质检以及合金使用中存在的问题,制定了相关优化方案。通过控制合金的合理库存量,完善合金进厂质检管理,缩短质检周期,提高了进厂合金的质量;建立了合理的合金工艺操作制度,优化了最佳的合金结构,有效地降低了安钢合金吨钢成本。并对安钢炼钢用合金优化方案的改进方向进行了探讨。According to the current situation of the alloy procurement, into plant inspection, and the optimization, we analyze the problems in these processes, make relevant optimization scheme, control the wise stock of alloy, complete the into plant inspection of alloy, reduce the period of alloy inspection, so the quality of alloy should be improved. In order to reduce the cost effectivly,we make a wise Operating system of alloy,improve the best component of alloy, and we also talk about the improve dirctions of alloy optimization scheme.
