摘　　要：[目的]建立尿塞通片中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。[方法]采用RP-HPLC法,Shim-Pack C18柱为色谱柱,乙腈-1%甲酸溶液（22∶78）为流动相;流速为1 ml/min;检测波长为286 nm。[结果]丹酚酸B进样量在0.40-2.50μg范围内线性良好,方法平均回收率为99.64%,RSD为1.02%（n=6）。[结论]本文建立的HPLC法测定丹酚酸B含量可作为尿塞通片质量控制方法。[Objetive]To build up a determination method for salvianolic acid B in Niaosaitong tablet. [Methods] The method of RP-HPLC was used with Shim-Pack C18 chromatographic column. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-1% formic acid （22：78 ） with 1. 0ml/min flow rate and the detection wavelength was 286nm. [Results] The sample size of salvianolic acid B showed a satisfactory linearity in the rage of 0. 40--2. 50μg. The average recovery was 99.64%, RSD was 1.02% （ n = 6）. [Conclusions] This method oF HPLC for the detemaination of salvianolic acid B can be used for the quality control of Niaosaitong tablet.
