摘 要:为了有效提高红外隐身涂料的性能,采用微胶囊技术对相变材料进行封装,将其制成红外隐身涂料并应用于军事目标中,以控制目标表面热惯量及表面温度,消除或降低目标与背景的红外辐射差别,从而实现对背景红外特征的模拟。根据一般目标表面温度和相变材料所满足的条件,分别以聚酰胺为囊壁材料,正十四烷、正十八烷、石蜡为囊芯制备了3种不同相变温度的微胶囊相变材料,经过性能测试符合预期要求。并将其制成红外隐身涂料后涂覆在卡车模型上,结果表明,在荒漠丘陵热图背景下,明显提高了目标的红外隐身性能。To effectively improve the performance of IR stealth paint, encapsulating phase change materials with microcapsules technology were made into infrared stealth paint that was applied to military goals. The hot inertia and temperature of goal surface could be controlled, and the infrared radiation difference between the goal and the background could be eliminated or reduced by which the infrared feature of the background could be imitated. On the basis of target surface temperature and the conditions of phase change materials according to special requirements. Three materials with different phase change temperatures were prepared, with polyamide as the wall material and n-hexadecane, n-oetadecane and paraffin as the core materials. Its performances met anticipative requirements by testing. After equably mixing microencapsulated phase change materials with IR stealth paint, truck model was palmed. The test result indicates that it markedly increases IR stealth performance of the target under the thermal background of hungriness and hill.
