摘  要:对卡伯值为26.6的工厂硫酸盐竹浆和卡伯值为26.1的实验室制备硫酸盐竹浆分别进行了D0EOPD1的ECF短序漂白。结果表明,在D0有效氯用量为5.0%,D1有效氯用量为2.0%,H2O2用量为0.7%的条件下,两种高卡伯值硫酸盐竹浆均可以漂到86%ISO。漂白浆具有较高的黏度和白度稳定性。打浆后,这两种漂白浆都具有较好的强度性能。由于未漂浆的卡伯值较高,漂白化学药品用量和废水污染负荷也较大。in this study, ECF short sequence D0EoPD1 bleaching was used to bleach mill cooked kraft bamboo pulp with 26.6 Kappa number and lab cooked kraft bamboo pulp with 26.1 Kappa number. The results showed that the bleached pulps with brightness of 86%ISO were obtained when the active chlorine charge in Do and D1 were 5.0% and 2.0%, respectively. The viscosity of the bleached pulps was high, and the post color values were low. The property testing of the sheets made from the bleached bamboo pulps indicated that both the bleached pulps had very good strength properties. The bleached lab cooked pulp had slightly better strength properties than the mill cooked pulp. Because of the high kappa number of unbleached pulps, chemical dosages and effluent loads of the bleaching were higher than those of the low Kappa unbleached pulp.
