摘　　要：简单介绍铝铸轧机生产工艺、发展过程及PLC系统基本概念和功能特点,重点结合为南非HULAMIN公司生产的铸轧机设备,说明PLC系统在硬件配置、PROFIBUS网络组成及程序编写结构等方面的应用情况,总结了南非铸轧机PLC系统的特点。The article introduces the production rolling mill briefly, as well as the basic conception technology and development process of aluminum casting- and function characteristics, explains the hardware configuration, PROFIBUS network composition, program structure and other application of PLC system with emphasis on the casting-rolling mill made in HULAMIN company in South Africa, generalizes the characteristics of PLC system of the casting-rolling mill.
