摘　　要：荧光显微镜是最常用的医用光学仪器之一,在各大医院实验室和临床部门得到了广泛的应用。叙述荧光显微镜的原理、使用和校正方法。The fluorescence microscope is one of the most universal medical optical instruments and is widely used in clinical departments and hospital laboratories. This paper describes the principle, application and adjusting method of fluorescence microscopes.
