摘 要:针对鹤壁五矿深部三水平延伸轨道下山高应力软岩巷道支护问题,采用理论分析与数值模拟手段对其变形破坏机理及支护对策进行了研究。结果表明,在深部高地应力及软岩膨胀性作用力的影响下,巷道围岩内部积聚了大量的变形能量,单纯依靠多种支护形式的叠加,而不注重支护体与围岩之间以及支护体之间的耦合是巷道失稳的主要原因。为此,提出了锚网喷+锚索+底角锚杆+桁架耦合支护对策,即通过喷层封闭围岩,锚网柔性支护释放变形能,底角锚杆转移底臌塑性滑移作用力,锚索+桁架支护控制围岩整体变形,从而实现对高应力巷道围岩变形的有效控制。该技术在现场进行了成功应用,取得了良好的效果。In order to overcome the roof support problems associated with deep high-stressed soft rock roadway at level 3 in Hebi No. 5 Coal Mine, the deformation failure mechanism and its support countermeasure are investigated using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The result shows that the main reasons of deformation failures in deep roadways are 1) highly relying on the piling up of several support styles, and 2) ignoring the coupling between support and surrounding rock or the couplings among different supports. This is because massive deformation energy is accumulated in surrounding rock, which is induced by high stress and soft rock dilatability. In responding to the problems identified, a countermeasure of bolt-mesh-anchor-shotcrete + floor-bolt + truss coupling supporting is proposed, namely using shotcrete to seal surrounding rock, bolt-mesh support to release deformation energy, floor bolt to transfer floor heave plastic slippage force, anchor-truss support to control the deformation of surrounding rock. Therefore, the effective deformation control of deep high stressed soft rock roadway can be achieved. The method proposed was applied at Hebi No. 5 mine and proved to be successful.
