摘 要:将可靠性设计理论与灵敏度分析方法相结合,讨论了某型涡轮盘可靠性灵敏度问题,在随机参数概率分布已知的情况下,以Pairs-Erdogan裂纹扩展模型为基础,应用随机摄动理论、矩技术,讨论了某型涡轮盘的可靠性灵敏度问题,并且将提出方法所得的数值分析结果与Monte-Carlo方法计算的结果进行对比验证。给出了可靠性灵敏度的变化规律,研究了设计参数的改变对涡轮盘可靠性的影响,为涡轮盘的可靠性设计提供了理论依据。Based on reliability design theory and sensitivity analysis method, the reliability and sensitivity of turbine disk are investigated. Under the condition that the probability distribution is known, the reliability and sensitivity of a specific type of turbine disk is studied using Paris-Erdogan crack propagation model with the probabilistic perturbation methodand matrix calculus. A method for modeling reliability is proposed, whose results are close to the results from Monte-Carlo simulation. Therefore, the characteristics of reliability and sensitivity, the effect on reliability of turbine disk from the variations of design parameters are obtained, which provide a theoretical basis for the reliability design of turbine disk.
