HPLC法同时测定六味安消胶囊中蒽醌类成分含量

摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定六味安消胶囊中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,Diamonsil-C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:254nm。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚分别在1.622～16.22μg/mL(r1=0.9998),0.6960～6.960μg/mL(r2=0.9998),2.448～24.48μg/mL(r3=0.9995),2.752～27.52μg/mL(r4=0.9997)和2.702～27.02μg/mL(r5=0.9997)范围内呈良好线性关系(n=6)。结论:本方法结果准确,操作简便、可靠,重复性好,可为六味安消胶囊的质量控制提供方法。Objective ： To establish an RP-HPLC method for measuring the contents of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physion in Liuwei＇anxiao Capsules （traditional Chinese medicine）. Methods： The analysis was carried out with a Diamonsil-C18 column （200 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） and a mobile phase of methanol-0. 05% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1. 622 - 16. 22μg/mL（r1 = 0. 9998）, 0. 6960 - 6. 960 μg/mL（r2 = 0. 9998）, 2. 448 - 24.48 μg/mL （ r3 = 0. 9995 ） , 2. 752 - 27.52 μg/mL（ r4 = 0. 9997 ） , 2. 702 - 27.02 μg/mL（ r5 = 0. 9997 ） for aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physion, respectively. Conclusion： This method is convenient, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Liuwei＇anxiao Capsules.
