摘  要:进行了液氮深低温与浅低温冷冻疗法对皮肤温度与组织学影响的动物实验研究。结果证明,前者局部低温范围为-35~-36℃,是通过一系列理化方面的变化而破坏局部组织,达到治疗目的的一种方法;后者低温范围在-1~+6℃,对组织及细胞无明显损伤,可使真皮浅层毛细血管扩张、数目增多,尤以毛囊周围为显著,从而改善了毛囊及其周围的血液循环和组织代谢,促进了毛发生长,因此使该法成为临床上治疗斑秃的有效方法之一。The deep and superficial hypothermic cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen were applied to the skin tissue of rabbits for observeting the changes of the temperature and histology of the skin with these methods.In the contact group,the experiment showed that the range of hypothermia was from-35 to -36℃.It treated some skin diseases is through the changes of physics and chemistry,so that to destroy the topical tissue.In the group of cotton stick,the range of hypothermia was from-1 to +6℃,the skin tissue had no distinct injury.The blood vessels in the upper portion of the dermis were dilatant and the number of vessels was increased,especially in the surrounding of hair-follicle,so the blood supply of follicles was increased ,which improved the topical nutrition and promoted the hair grow,therefore,it is one of the superior methods for the treatment of alopecia areata.
