摘　　要：当连词AS引导状语从句时,从句内部在很多情况下采用倒装语序,可实现倒装的状语从句包括让步、原因、方式和比较等四种类型。该倒装现象或为强制性,或为选择性,发挥语义、语体、结构和修辞功能。In many cases, inverted order is used within an adverbial clause when it is introduced by the subordinator AS. The adverbial clauses that allow inversion include those of concession, cause, manner and comparison. And the inversion can be either obligatory or optional, performing semantic, stylistic, structural and rhetorical functions.
