福利替代效应问题及其影响——俄罗斯对中国原木贸易实证分析

摘　　要：俄罗斯一直是我国主要的原木进口国,我国对俄原木具有较强的依赖性。俄提高原木关税的宣布产生了相关的效应,这将对我国木材贸易产生影响。从实际现状入手,以经济学均衡理论为基础,将国际贸易中出口国与进口国的均衡情况结合起来,从经济学和实证分析两个角度提出和探讨了国际贸易中福利替代效应问题及其影响。Russia has been China＇s major log import country and China depends greatly on log imported from Russia. Russia declared to increase the export tariff, which would greatly affect China＇s trade and import of logs. Based on the equilibrium theory, this paper puts forward and discusses the welfare replacement effect in international trade from the aspects of economics and empirical analysis so as to maintain the development of log trade.
